The Fancy Flea at The Estate Marketplace is a seasonal outdoor market held in Spencerport, NY featuring a mix of garage sale sellers, vintage vendors, handmade creators, and food vendors alongside our 70+ indoor vendors for a 100+ vendor shopping experience. Event dates for 2026 are Sundays, May 31, July 19, and September 20. Outdoor vendor spots are 10x20' parking spots for $40 per event or $100 if booking all three dates. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and setup; electricity is available for approved food vendors. This is a rain-or-shine event and spots are non-refundable. Our shoppers love treasure hunting, unique finds, and great deals, and we encourage vendors to bring a variety of competitively priced items to maximize sales.
